Angels' Flight Children's Theatre - "Angels' Flight Children's Theatre Company" - Ages 9-14, Must audition. Sept.-May with 1-2 perfomances. This program is designed to nurture and develop existing talent. COST: $23.75 per week. "Angels' Flight Children's Theatre Classes" - Students will work on monologues, scenes, character development, improvisation, interpretation and more. Ages 9-14. Runs for 10 to 12 weeks and there will be a performance of works in progress for friends and family to see. This class meets once a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes. "Storybook Theatre" - A program that teaches theatre basics to the younger children through bringing Nursery Rhymes, Fairy Tales and Multicultural Tales to life. Star Struck Dance Studio - Offering dance classes in Ballet, HipHop, Lyrical, Jazz, Gymnastics, Clogging, Tap, Pointe, etc… Also offering group receitals and competitions. Tuition for lessons is an annual fee, which students pay in monthly installments. The fee is determined by the number of hours a student takes per week. Tuition is based on four classes a month. The months that have only three weeks will be balanced by the months that have five weeks. Any classes missed will be made up before the recital. Davidson Parks and Recreation - "Davidson Youth Girls Softball" Join the new Davidson Youth Girls Softball league for girls, ages 7 & 8 and 9 & 10. Register between July 6-31. "Martial Arts" All martial arts classes are taught by Joe Martin of the Center for Holistic Instruction. "Punt, Pass, and Kick Competion" Come test your skills at the annual Punt, Pass and Kick Competition. Winners in each age group will compete at the Sectional Competition in October for a chance to advance to the team championships at Bank of American Staduim during a Charlotte Panthers home game. "T-Ball" Registration for Fall T-Ball runs from July 6-31. Games will begin in September. Volunteer coaches are always needed.
